Our club vision, ethos, mission and values are a written declaration that sets out how we want to run as a club. It’s simple and concise and can be understood all club members.
Our Vision
To develop a shared vision for the club that is inspirational and involves everyone associated.
To provide a training environment and academy style influence which will help, and guide grassroots footballers reach their potential.
To provide quality, fun safe football opportunities for all our local young people.
Allowing children to be children, to play, to form relationships, to learn life skills, to learn how to be successful and how to deal with failure.
To improve the performance of players.
To improve the level of coaching through recognised CPD events.
Our Ethos
We are a family oriented club.
We will invest time to get to know the modern player, understand their culture and show them we care.
We will help develop and nurture players not only in becoming good footballers but most importantly well- rounded individuals.
We will all demonstrate good sportsmanship, be disciplined and respectful to each other.
We as coaching staff will act as role models and mentors towards our players and to each other.
We will establish links to the professional game by showcasing examples of good and bad practice for players to develop understanding from.
Our Mission
To challenge players, in a managed competitive fun learning environment, to understand the game, make excellent decisions, have a passion for self-improvement and develop a love for the game.
Football coaching delivered with a professional academy flavour.
To provide development opportunities for players to grow, become confident, creative, brave, expressive and technically/tactically game aware with and without the ball.
Our Values
Inclusivity – we take on any player of any ability and support their journey.
Fun – we are professional but don’t take ourselves too seriously, the children attend to enjoy themselves.
Safety – physically in the environment and that we take on the responsibility of other peoples’ children.
